The problem

Nobody reads the 400 page binder

Most practice manuals get written once, printed once, and never opened again. These are built the other way around: short enough to actually use on the floor, organized to support inspection readiness, and editable so you are not stuck with someone else's clinic name in the header.

Editable, not locked

Every document ships as a Word file plus a clean PDF. Change the clinic name once and it is yours.

Built from primary sources

Drawn from DEA, OSHA, FDA, USDA APHIS, AAHA, and RECOVER guidance, plus state law where it differs.

Made to be used

Quick reference cards, competency checklists, and prompt cards, not just policy paragraphs.

Would your team know the epinephrine dose if a patient coded right now?

RECOVER 2024 changed familiar crash cart directions. Routine high dose epinephrine is no longer recommended, atropine is now a single early dose for nonshockable rhythms only, and the ETCO2 quality target is higher than before.

If your crash cart card predates the update, it may be out of date.

This two-sided quick reference organizes the updated cycle actions, reversible causes, drug volumes, and defibrillation settings in one place.

It is designed for the moment when your team cannot stop to search a manual. Print it, laminate it, and keep it with the crash cart.

No signup. It is the same document that ships in the library, not a teaser version.

Inside the documents

What you are actually buying

Real pages from the library. Watermarked here, clean in the download.

The other option

Or you could write them yourself

Practice owners do write their own. It is a legitimate choice. The hard part is repeating the research, drafting, implementation, and maintenance work across every area of the practice.

Confirm the current federal, state, and professional sources Research
Turn the requirements into a clinic-specific working procedure Draft
Build the forms, checklists, training tools, and quick references around it Deploy
Review it when guidance, law, or clinic workflow changes Maintain
Documents already assembled in the Complete Library 267

That work happens after hours, at the price of unbillable time, and it is the first thing dropped when the schedule gets full. Which is why most practices have four good SOPs and a folder of intentions.

What you keep either way

These arrive as editable Word files, so nothing here is a black box. Rewrite a step, swap a drug, drop a section that does not apply to your practice. The starting point is done, and the judgment stays yours.

It keeps up with you

One login for everything

Complete Library customers can use Customer Access to open the Library, Onboarding Hub, and Ask Pawfessional from one dashboard. Verify your purchase once, then open the tool you need.

Start here

The Complete Library and SOP Bundle include a Start Here roadmap. Six pages that tell you where to begin, so you are not staring at 267 documents wondering which one matters. Pick your situation, new hire, inspection coming, building from nothing, and it hands you the documents to start with and the order to do them in.

Your library updates itself

The Complete Library and SOP Bundle are delivered through live folders, not one time downloads. When a document in those bundles is corrected or added, it appears in the folder. When guidelines change, the affected document changes with them. Your link always shows the current version, with no new purchase and nothing to manage.

The full library sells as a single bundle. Individual systems are available if you only need to fix one part of the practice right now.

Founder

A practicing veterinarian with 15 years in clinical practice, plus direct ownership and management experience. Still on the floor, which is the point. Every document here came out of a real problem in a real clinic, usually one that had already gone wrong once.

Good protocols were always locked inside corporate systems or priced for hospital groups, while independent practices got a search engine and a weekend. That gap is what this fixes.

Grey domestic longhair. Supervises document review from the top of the printer, objects to any protocol that delays dinner, and has never once signed off on a policy she did not sit on first.
